Mundial del Coraz\u00f3n 2025"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Con motivo del<strong> D\u00eda Mundial del Coraz\u00f3n (29 de septiembre)<\/strong>, desde la Fundaci\u00f3n CorAvant hemos preparado una campa\u00f1a bajo el lema <strong>\u2018Mou-te pel cor\u2019 (Mu\u00e9vete por el coraz\u00f3n)<\/strong> que tiene como objetivo sensibilizar a la ciudadan\u00eda de cu\u00e1les son los h\u00e1bitos saludables que pueden reducir los riesgos de padecer una enfermedad cardiovascular o evitar posibles reca\u00eddas.<\/p>\n\n<p>A tal efecto, hemos creado <strong>5 modelos de puntos de libro<\/strong> donde cada modelo explica un <strong>h\u00e1bito saludable<\/strong>, una <strong>charla-taller de h\u00e1bitos saludables<\/strong> y hemos propuesto a los ayuntamientos y hospitales de Catalunya que
